Experience the integration of yoga into your everyday life.

We like to share the experience of practicing at home under guidance. In this way we hope to give you a little inspiration to challenge yourself and deepen your practice for two full days. From the comfort of your home you will have live access to the interactive lectures, yoga classes, breathing techniques and meditation. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions and enjoy the real home retreat.

After the first digital retreat we got very positive feedback.

– How can we approach change from yoga philosophy?

These and many more questions regarding change will be answered for each of you who will join the program.

Other topics will be covered according to the needs of the group.
It will be an interactive retreat. Once you subscribe, you are welcome to suggest some topics or questions which you like to hear about.

The idea is to give yourself a boost in these intense times and take it with you through the whole period of change. To be healthy, happy, joyful, and able to shine your light even more to the world in need.
We like to get you familiar with a very practical philosophy which you can use in everyday life.

All the participants will get a grocery list, instructions, and recipes for the meals throughout the retreat. In this way, we like to enable you to have the maximum benefit. 🌱
